Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had nice rooms and friendly staff, but there were a few drawbacks like the smell of weed smoke and missing peepholes. The service was mostly good but had a hiccup with roaches. The location was convenient but messy. The dining options were limited due to housing Hurricane Harvey victims. The overall experience had ups and downs.
The hotel was conveniently located halfway between downtown and Webster. The rooms were small but beautifully designed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping with requests and boarding passes. The location had some safety concerns with vagrants in the parking lot, and housekeeping staff not fluent in English. The dining options were limited and the area was under renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the service was commendable and attentive.
My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The room was a nightmare - I was locked out multiple times, the phone didn't even work, and to top it all off, there were roaches everywhere. The sheets weren't changed, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The property itself was littered with drug paraphernalia, and I even saw roaches in my room. It was just disgusting.
